There has been a build up of trust and rapport which has come from the various projects and initiatives which Eric has helped us with over the years. This includes the likes of our annual strategy review, client relationship management and of course the T&A Leadership and Management Programme.

The cohesion that has come from this is particularly helpful. He is viewed as a sounding board, a facilitator and an advisor who is respected throughout the partnership. Due to all of these aspects we have had no need to go looking for any other consultants to help us.

The recent work to create and support our own T&A Leadership and Management Programme has been a big step forward for us. Associates are now working very closely with partners and together we have a growing collective leadership approach. This has been shaped to our own particular needs by Eric’s non prescriptive approach and rounded views of what will work for us.

Eric’s involvement has helped us grow a stronger development team which can now focus on the key areas that will have the biggest impact and which add the highest level of value to the business.
