The programme consists of a blend of relaxation techniques, reflective meditations, thought provoking sessions, some easy yoga and a lot of peace and quiet. You will be in the rich and refreshing environment of The Bield, set in the rolling beauty of Perthshire. You will share this experience with a small group of like-minded people where there is the opportunity to be in company or to be by yourself.
