He was closely involved in the creation and launch of the Entrepreneurial Exchange (now Entrepreneurial Scotland) and is a regular speaker and chair for the organisation’s events. He is the co-author of “Shaping the Entrepreneurial Company” and contributes to TV, radio and press on the subject of leadership and company culture. He has an M.A. (honours) degree in English and Scottish Literature (Glasgow) and an MBA (Strathclyde Business School).

Associate Mark Cooper

Mark Cooper has over 15 years experience of leadership and management development. Developing individual leaders, improving the effectiveness of management teams and building service cultures are his specialisms. Before becoming an independent consultant he worked in a variety of international companies and was latterly Director of People Development for the UK operation of a global construction and facilities company and was responsible for leadership development, coaching and talent management. Mark is accredited to carry out psychometric testing (level A&B British Psychological Society), is MBTI qualified and is a practitioner of NLP, Belbin and Thomas International profiling and development methodologies.
